Founder & Chief Calm Officer
What I Built with Calmbination
Calmbination began as a personal search for a more practical relationship with calm. It has grown into a Charlotte-based wellness and technology studio — and a working laboratory for designing better experiences, services, systems, and ways of helping people quiet the noise.

Why I built it
Wellness, experience design, and the systems underneath.
“I built Calmbination at the intersection of wellness, experience design, technology, and operations. My background in complex event production and partner marketing taught me how to turn many moving parts into an experience that feels clear and human. Calmbination gave me a place to apply that same discipline to the inner experience of modern life.”
In practice, the work connects eight threads that usually live in different departments — or in nobody’s job description at all:
- Experience design
- Breathwork and meditation
- Sound therapy
- Coaching-informed reflection
- Corporate and community wellness
- Client and member journeys
- Partnerships and programming
- Technology and operating systems
The build
What I’ve built
Not a finished enterprise — a connected foundation across brand, offers, programming, client journeys, partnerships, technology, and operations.
A clear wellness philosophy
Calmbination is built around the belief that calm is not one-size-fits-all. People need practical tools and experiences that fit their lives, energy, goals, and current season.
A connected experience journey
There is a defined path from first awareness and inquiry through booking, preparation, participation, integration, follow-up, and continued engagement.
A flexible programming ecosystem
Coaching, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, Silent Wellness, corporate wellness, community events, and digital integration tools — brought together instead of presented as a confusing menu of disconnected services.
The operating infrastructure behind the experience
Behind the public-facing work sits a connected system for CRM, events, registration, waivers, payments, communications, follow-up, project management, reporting, and repeatable operating procedures.
A founder-led platform for partnerships
The model is designed to support partnerships with companies, facilitators, studios, venues, community organizations, and other experience leaders while protecting one cohesive guest experience.
Why Calmbination matters
“Calmbination is not just a collection of wellness services. It is an attempt to connect the emotional experience of calm with the practical systems required to deliver it consistently.”

Background
Where the discipline comes from
My corporate and event work is where I learned to run complex operations. Calmbination is a separate, earlier-stage build of my own — the scale of the companies below is theirs, not its.
- More than a decade translating complex operations into polished, high-touch experiences
- Managed more than 40 annual events at AvidXchange
- Delivered more than 30 global events at Safeguard Medical
- Currently leads field and partner marketing strategy at Edenred Pay
- Experience across partnerships, budgets, vendors, KPIs, executive reporting, and cross-functional execution
- Founder-level experience building Calmbination's offers, programming, brand, technology foundation, and operating systems

Still being built
“Calmbination is still being built. That is part of the point. I am continuing to test what people need, which experiences create real value, how partnerships should work, and which systems make a human-centered wellness business more sustainable.”
A natural extension
How I Help Other Wellness Founders Build
Building Calmbination taught me how many separate pieces a wellness business has to hold at once. That build is now the working foundation for a broader consulting practice: helping founder-led wellness businesses connect their vision, offers, experiences, partnerships, programming, technology, operating systems, and growth priorities into one coherent whole.
Clarify the vision
Name the audience, the promise, and the shape of the business before adding anything else to it.
Design the experience
Turn offers into a connected journey people can actually follow, from first interest through follow-up.
Build the operating backbone
The systems, tooling, and procedures that let delivery repeat without living in the founder's head.
Pilot and grow
Test real experiences, learn from what happens, and focus growth on the few moves that matter next.
